Trustees voted 4–0 (two trustees absent) to approve Warrant Run #1 totaling $290,749.46. The board also accepted the Statement of Revenues and Expenditures and the Detailed Balance Sheet as of May 31, 2024. Trustee Joseph Abbate moved the warrant approval and other routine financial motions; Trustee Stagno, Trustee Patel and Trustee Guranovich joined the approvals as indicated in roll-call votes.
