Selectboard grants Remington permission to trap on town property off Fogarty Road

"My name is Remington, and I'm requesting permission to trap town property labeled 40568 and 40569 on Fogarty Road," he told the board. Members confirmed the parcels are town owned because Fogarty Road is a discontinued road. The board asked Remington to coordinate with the road agent, Jeff Weebo, and accepted his permission slip; a board member said the road agent handles many trapping permissions and would be a point of contact.
The selectboard approved the request by voice vote and directed Remington to follow up with the road agent for logistical coordination and to leave contact information with the town office.
Next steps: Remington will coordinate with the road agent and submit any required paperwork to the town office for signature.
