Zoning board adopts minutes and resolutions, carries an application to Nov. 10

The Springfield Township Zoning Board of Adjustment on Oct. 21 carried routine business: the board approved minutes for July, August and September 2025; adopted memorialization resolutions including one for 27 Little Brook Road (application 2025-20); and corrected a typographical address in another resolution before adopting it (application 2025-2160, change from “60 Garden Oval” to “60 Gulf Oval”).
Application 2025-15 (147 New Brooklyn) was carried by motion to the Nov. 10 meeting without further notice at the applicant’s request. The board confirmed Nov. 10, 2025 as the next meeting date and adjourned.
These procedural approvals and calendar actions were completed early in the agenda. No major policy changes or budgetary items were taken up at this meeting.
