Committee adopts consent agenda, accepts library resignations and approves payroll

Why it matters: the consent vote bundles routine matters and allows the township to proceed with administrative items, personnel changes and scheduled community events without separate hearings on each item.
The committee adjourned at the meeting's end and said it will reconvene after the election.
