Sandy Springs City Council on Tuesday approved a package of routine licenses, contract awards and budget adjustments that the city says will advance pedestrian infrastructure and riverfront park construction.
The council voted unanimously to approve two alcohol beverage license applications presented by the city’s revenue manager: PH Paradise Investment LLC (dba 3 Dollar Cafe) at 4600 Roswell Road for on‑premises sales of wine, malt beverages and distilled spirits, and FK Brazilian LLC at 8631 Roswell Road for package beer and wine. Revenue Manager Corey Holiness told the council both applicants met staff requirements and no public comments were received.
