Residents raise Marcy Park retaining-wall concerns and urge e-bike safety education; candidate announces run for state House

Nate Marsh spoke about Highlands Ranch's growth, expressed support for the Metro District and the Highlands Ranch Community Association, and announced his candidacy for the Colorado General Assembly; he cited his professional background with the District Attorney's office and emphasized the importance of local control.
Board staff did not record immediate commitments during public comment; Mr. Fornof was directed toward the appropriate staff contact, and Mr. Figueroa's offer to assist with education was acknowledged.
