"The conditions have been met and this is the time to approve the final plat for the Avis Estates Subdivision," Mandeville said during his presentation.
Commissioner Roger Webb moved to approve the final plat; Commissioner Steve Riveland seconded the motion. The vote was 3-0 in favor.
The approval allows the developer to proceed with the recorded subdivision subject to the conditions already satisfied and recorded in the county file. No bond amounts, lot sizes or new infrastructure details were provided in the minutes.
The commission took no public comment on the item beyond the planner's presentation and completed the action during its regular business session.
