The board first voted the application complete and then approved the amended site plan by voice vote.
During the presentation the applicant said the proposal involves interior changes only—no structural work—and confirmed they would obtain required permits for the kitchen hood and occupancy. “I actually was talking to the fire chief this morning to make sure that we're gonna be getting the hood permit as well as the occupancy permit,” the applicant said. The applicant also noted that a licensed contractor will install the hood system.
A board member moved to approve the application as detailed in the legal notice; the motion was seconded and carried unanimously. The board wished the applicant well and closed the matter with standard post‑approval tasks for staff to complete.
No post‑approval conditions beyond normal final plan stamping and recording were voiced at the hearing; planning staff will track final paperwork and permit confirmations for the file.
