The council approved Ordinance 13-20-26 to repeal specified subsections related to permits for wild and exotic animals and Ordinance 14-20-26 to amend language concerning nuisance declarations; S5 described the animal language changes as clean-up rather than substantive policy changes. Motions were seconded and approved by voice vote.
Separately, the council approved a boundary line adjustment for Lot 16, Block 118 (original Powell townsite) after the owner, identified in the record as Larry Aiken, and a neighbor signed and notarized the adjustment.
