During discussion, a councilmember asked whether some of the HOME‑ARP funds could support a façade program; staff said that point would be discussed during the scheduled public hearing on CDBG/HOME reallocations.
Voting record: roll‑call votes were recorded for each item with Councilmember Duhart, Councilmember Spicer, Councilmember Bowers, Councilmember Darden and Mayor Sharif voting yes on the listed items.
What’s next: staff will bring the planned public hearing on CDBG/HOME reallocations on Nov. 18, 2025, and the HOME‑ARP appropriation will be processed per state and federal requirements.
