San Luis honors retiring police sergeant Joel Salceda after more than two decades of service

Council members thanked Sgt. Salceda for his service to the city and his family, calling him a valued public servant and noting his role in making the city safe. Council members invited the retiree to take photos and offered best wishes for his retirement.
