At its meeting, the Perry City Council approved a range of routine and project-related items by roll-call votes.
Key votes included approval of the consent agenda (minutes, two contract payments to Bolton and Menk totaling $55,312.50, and financial registers), a $0 change order to revise phasing on the parallel taxiway reconstruction (changing phasing to north-to-south), setting a public hearing on the proposed FY2027 budget for April 20 in the Clarion Room at 6:00 p.m., and approval of tax abatement applications for three residential constructions completed in 2026.
Council also approved a series of CDBG-related policy resolutions required for a housing roof replacement application (see separate article) and approved professional services agreements advancing design work for the pool (detailed in the pool article).
