Pottawattamie County Board confirms appointment, approves mold remediation contract and updates salary posting

The Board approved and directed staff to post a salary range for the Finance and Budget Director position between $80,000 and $100,000 (the meeting record contains a typographical extra zero in the lower bound; the intended range is $80,000–$100,000). The motion was unanimous.
During closed session under Iowa Code 21.5(1)(j) (real estate) the Board discussed a real estate matter and, after returning to open session, authorized the chair to sign an agreement presented in closed session.
