Community donor and family honored: district accepts equipment donation and establishes scholarship

Julie Lucier, mother of Isaiah Lucier, announced the Isaiah Smiles Scholarship in memory of her son, who died in sixth grade in 2019, saying a single $1,000 award will go to a senior from the class of 2025 and that she hopes to sustain the scholarship in future years. The committee moved to accept the scholarship and the motion passed by voice vote.
