Mr. Butwell offered to reduce the furniture portion and said he could amend the request; several members said they wanted an itemized breakout before a vote. After further discussion the motion was withdrawn and the board asked the administration to provide a detailed list of items and costs and to consult the building committee about potential reimbursements or change‑order pathways. The board said it would revisit the request at its next meeting.
No transfer votes were taken at the April 7 meeting.
