The council approved closing M-91 from Washington to Montcalm; Cass Street east/west from the alleyway to Lafayette; and Grove Street east/west from the alleyway to Lafayette. The motion authorized closures from 1:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. for set-up and takedown, with the event scheduled 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
No special conditions or additional permitting requirements were read into the record during the motion.
