Aaron Kelly, director of sustainability and innovation, apologized: "We made an error on our part. I've taken action to ensure that everyone on my team understands the county's requirements and procedures, related to our contracts." The commission did not vote on the item and agreed to hold it until it is properly resubmitted.
No formal action was taken on the contract at this meeting; staff will correct the process and return the item to the commission when the paperwork is complete.
