Oswego County Water Agency elects officers, names Weatherup chair

The Oswego County Water Agency convened March 3 in Conference Room E and appointed interim leadership before electing permanent officers.
Tim Stahl called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m. and, following a motion by Vera Dunsmoor and a second by Mary Ellen Chesbro, was appointed temporary chair for the purpose of conducting officer elections. The temporary appointment was recorded as carried.
During the officer nominations, Mary Ellen Chesbro nominated James Weatherup for chair; the nomination was recorded as carried. Tim Stahl nominated Mary Ellen Chesbro as vice chair; the nomination was seconded by Ron Chapman and carried. Tim Stahl also nominated Vera Dunsmoor as secretary; that nomination was seconded by Mary Ellen Chesbro and carried.
The minutes record each nomination as "All in favor." The meeting roster listed six members present and one excused member (James Weatherup). The agency did not record numeric vote counts in the minutes beyond the unanimous phrasing.
