Oswego County Water Agency elects officers, names Weatherup chair

Tim Stahl nominated Mary Ellen Chesbro as vice chair; the nomination was seconded by Ron Chapman and carried. Tim Stahl also nominated Vera Dunsmoor as secretary; that nomination was seconded by Mary Ellen Chesbro and carried.
