"There was 2 cases in February," Delrose said, adding that zoning verifications are steady and that she has been meeting with the Quad Cities Regional Economic Development Authority about possible incentives relevant to Belvidere and Boone County.
Mayor called for a motion to pass the resolution; Alderman Stevens moved and Alderman Grama Krakowski seconded. The clerk conducted a roll call and the committee approved the resolution, the chair noting nine votes in favor and reporting one absence. The committee did not record substantive debate on the measure during the session.
