The Zoning Board recessed consideration of case O358-2025 after the applicant requested the hearing be continued to the March 4 meeting because a five-member panel was not available. The Chair read the case and said Aaron Lambert, PE, was representing property owner Duval Realty Associates and had asked for the continuance. "They have requested that we recess their case until the March 4 meeting," the Chair said.
The board moved quickly to accommodate the request. A meeting participant made a motion to recess the case and then seconded it; when the Chair called for the voice vote, the Chair replied, "Aye," and the motion was approved to recess the matter until the March 4 meeting. No formal roll-call votes or individual member tallies were recorded in the transcript.
Before adjournment the Chair noted that approval of meeting minutes would be handled at a later date, quipping that some minutes might be quite old before approval. An attendee confirmed they were present to submit an application next month and said they would return when cases were scheduled. The Chair then called for adjournment, a motion and a second were made, and the meeting closed.
The zoning board did not hear any substantive testimony or presentations on the case at this meeting; the continuance means the matter will be taken up at the board’s March 4 meeting, when a full five-member panel may be available.
