Kyle and members also discussed improving coordination with the Planning Board. The commission noted the Planning Board’s packet and deadline schedule can make it difficult for advisory boards to review applications in time; the group agreed to pursue changing the Heritage Commission’s regular meeting from the second week of the month to the first Wednesday so the commission can review materials before Planning Board packet deadlines. Staff agreed to confirm room availability and update the town calendar and website.
