Board approves amended minutes and retains current board positions; meeting adjourns

Under new business the board voted to retain existing board positions. Board member John Fisher Walton moved to keep the positions as they stand and Board member Brandon Daniel Marvara seconded; the motion carried by voice vote. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn, which passed, and the board adjourned at 10:35 a.m.
Ending: The board scheduled its next meeting for Feb. 18 at 10 a.m. upstairs.
