At its March 12 meeting the Milford Conservation Commission reappointed Anita, Rodney and Rich to new terms and elevated Rich to vice chair in Richard’s absence. Chair (S1) confirmed he will remain chair.
The commission approved membership renewals and dues to several organizations (New Hampshire Association of Natural Resource Scientists, New Hampshire Timberland Owners Association, Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests, and New Hampshire Rail Trail Coalition) and authorized training registrations for two members ($40 per person) after a motion and voice vote. Members also voted to accept $4,170 in Ghost Train registrations collected for February.
The reappointments and officer actions were all adopted by voice vote. Commissioners discussed minor clerical discrepancies in renewal dates (Rich’s renewal date had used his original alternate appointment date rather than the date he became a full member), and asked staff to reconcile membership timelines.
Next step: staff will update the membership roster and reflect corrected renewal dates in the commission records.
