Board members press staff on enforcement after residents report dead plantings and traffic issues

Amanda (Planning & Zoning Administrator) noted the board has completed some follow‑up work: "We were able to hold Shaw's to planting new trees," she said, reporting a successful recent compliance action. Separately, a member asked whether litigation is pending regarding changes at 29 Bedford Road; staff confirmed there is litigation and agreed the board should consider whether and how to comment publicly.
