Staff said the document is the same version previously reviewed with only small edits since the last meeting. Board members focused discussion on clarifying administrative-approval language (noted on pages 11–12 in the draft), with one member saying the new verbiage "seems more clear than it was before." After discussion, Justin moved to adopt the amended site-plan regulations, a motion seconded by John, and the board voted 6-0-0 to adopt the changes.
The adopted changes will be filed as part of the town's record and the complete copy of the amendment is on file with the Community Development Department for public review.
