Merrimack Planning Board continues N and M Realty fast-food site plan to Jan. 20

The Merrimack Planning Board on Jan. 6 voted to continue consideration of a site plan for a proposed standalone fast-food restaurant and drive-through at 725 DW Highway to the board’s Jan. 20, 2026 meeting.
Chair announced that N and M Realty LLC, with owner DW Developments and Land Services LLC, requested the continuance; the parcel is in the C-2 General Commercial district and the Planned Residential Overlay (tax map 7E, Lot 48-2). The chair noted the item had been continued previously on Sept. 26, Oct. 21 and Dec. 2, 2025.
A committee member moved “to move the N and M Realty, LLC meeting to 01/20/2026 with no further notice to abutters.” The motion was seconded, and the board recorded a unanimous vote in favor (6–0–0).
The continuance preserves the board’s ability to review outstanding materials and possible revisions to site layout, circulation and buffering requirements before a future public hearing.
The matter will return to the Planning Board on Jan. 20, 2026, in the Memorial Room.
