The full project cost for equipment, freight and installation is listed in the vendor quote; after applying the PlayCore award the township’s portion is $227,420.30, which is included in the FY2026 Parks & Recreation Capital Outlay Budget.
Trustee Wendi King moved to approve the quote; Treasurer Tom Lenard seconded. The motion passed on a roll call vote 6–0 (Trustee DiAnne Warfield absent). The GameTime/Sinclair schedule in the packet estimates about six weeks for equipment delivery after an order is placed and an additional four weeks for installation. Staff expects site demolition and installation to occur in a May–June window pending ordering, delivery, and contractor scheduling.
