Harrison Township approves Civic Plus code-supplement subscription as per-page rate increases

The Harrison Township Board of Trustees approved a Civic Plus code supplement subscription on April 28 after the Clerk explained a vendor price change for ordinance codification.
Clerk Adam Wit told the board Civic Plus (formerly Municode) currently charges $22.00 per page for codification and supplement services, but the vendor will increase the rate to $28.60 per page. Civic Plus offered a subscription option that spreads yearly supplement costs at a flat rate based on the township's five-year supplement history. The clerk said the first-year cost would be $276.06 (prorated and credited for fees already paid) and the estimated second-year cost is $4,309.86; complete zoning ordinance replacements are not included in the subscription and would still be charged per page.
Trustee Dean Olgiati moved and Trustee David Bratto seconded approval of the subscription as proposed; the motion carried.
