Township Engineer John Tanner said the materials provided were adequate for engineering site-plan purposes. Applicant Nick Del Greco attended the meeting. A motion by Larry Tomenello, supported by Danielle Devlin, carried on a roll-call vote with Ayes recorded for Tomenello, Devlin, Viazanko, Duncan and Murray; Mark Bacha and Amanda Oparka were excused.
The approval authorizes the site-plan as described in the submitted revisions; subsequent permitting and engineering details remain subject to standard township processes.
