The county and municipality split those remaining match and administration costs; the township's share is estimated at $391,121. "Failure to execute this agreement will prevent Jefferson from being reconstructed, and those funds will be reallocated to another project outside of Harrison Township," Verkest told the Board.
Clerk Adam Wit moved and Trustee Dean Olgiati seconded approval of the cost-share agreement and initial payment; the motion carried. The minutes do not specify a funding source (general fund, bond, or other financing), only that funds will need to be identified or bonds issued to cover the township share.
