The board voted to convene a closed session at 6:21 p.m. under Minn. Stat. 13D.05, subd. 3(a), for the superintendent—s mid-year review; the closed session began at 6:26 p.m. and later the board reconvened and adjourned the meeting at 7:24 p.m. The minutes indicate the document was subsequently approved on Feb. 17, 2026.
