Harrison Township authorizes opt-in to two national opioid settlements

Treasurer Lawrence Tomenello moved to authorize Harrison Township to opt in to both settlements and Trustee David Bratto seconded; the motion carried.
The minutes do not specify an estimated recovery dollar amount for Harrison Township; projected recovery was described as calculated under a court formula. The clerk said the township had previously signed some opioid settlements as part of the ongoing national litigation.
