Harrison Township board approves sewer contract, staffing hire, dust-control and Red Cross facility agreement

Staffing: The board approved hiring Cody Dest-DeClark for the Water and Sewer Utility Worker 1 position at the starting salary plus benefits, subject to a physical, drug test and a ninety-day probationary period.
Facility use: The board authorized the Supervisor to execute an agreement allowing the American Red Cross to use the Tucker Senior Center as an emergency shelter or service site if needed to serve primarily local residents.
Votes: Motions for these items carried; board members present voted in favor with one member excused.
