Harrison Township board renews three-year IT contract with SYO at $2,650 per month

Treasurer Lawrence Tomenello told the board he reviewed the service level after the item was tabled at a prior meeting and recommended renewal. The board approved the renewal on a motion by Tomenello, seconded by Clerk Adam Wit. The current monthly fee is $2,525; the proposed renewal raises it to $2,650 per month for the three-year term.
The decision follows the board's consent to add the contract renewal to the regular agenda. The motion carried without further recorded objection. The township did not provide additional contract terms, such as total contract value, termination clauses or service-level specifics, in the minutes.
