The Harrison Township Board of Trustees voted on Jan. 26, 2026, to award a demolition contract to S.A. Torello for the residential structure at 25974 South River Road.
Supervisor Kenneth Verkest told the board the property has been vacant since 2010 and that multiple tickets had been issued to the District Court since 2017 without resolution. Trustee Brian Batkins moved to award the contract and Trustee Dean Olgiati seconded; the motion carried.
