Senate committee approves limited dental-hygiene license for foreign-trained dentists with English transcript requirement

Supporters said the bill harmonizes licensing standards without imposing undue burdens on existing providers. After testimony the committee took a roll call and approved the bill as amended by an 11-0 vote; the bill will move to the floor.
