Sen. Crossco told the Rules Committee the conference committee report for Senate Bill 71 reinstates a probate code study committee that had been removed during House consideration.
"This conference committee simply reinstates the probate code study committee that was removed when the bill went over to the House," Crossco said.
There were no questions that led to amendments; the committee moved to report the conference report to the Senate and the vote was 11–0 in favor. The committee reported the measure to the Senate.
