"The precinct ended last year... with a $2,080,000 dollar surplus," Matt said, and reported the precinct is budgeting $549,006 for operation, maintenance and improvement of the district's water and sewer system.
Moderator Michael (chair) said the town combined operating and capital budget represents a 1.44% increase over last year after steep reductions to capital spending.
