Chairperson Joanne Todd called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the board approved the minutes of the October meeting and the October financial report. Treasurer Angela Maschka reported the trust account was down slightly but described the library’s overall finances as "doing fine." The board accepted the treasurer’s report by motion.
