Chair (Speaker 1) introduced the item and Eric (Speaker 6) told the board that one vendor’s quote — from Wayne’s World Fireworks — was still outstanding. Eric said materials have been set aside and recommended tabling the item until the next meeting when the third quote is expected.
Board members agreed to wait for the missing quote before approving the contract; staff indicated the vendor materials are reserved in the meantime.
