Imlay City board approves $2.51 million in fund payments, accepts financial reports

Treasurer Doug Van Dyk moved the General Fund and Lunch Fund payment motion, which Trustee Ashley Wolford supported; the minutes record ayes from President Sharon Muir, Vice President Kaylee Kaeding, Treasurer Van Dyk, Trustee Greg Dennis, Trustee Alex Lengemann, Trustee Wolford and Trustee Laura Zelenak. Trustee Greg Dennis moved the Bond Capital Projects payment motion, seconded by Vice President Kaeding; that motion also passed unanimously.
The board also accepted the Financial Report and Capital Projects Report as provided in BoardBook without further discussion. No amendments, abstentions or objections were recorded in the meeting minutes.
The approved payments and accepted reports will carry forward to the district's accounting and capital project tracking processes; the minutes do not specify which vendors or line items were included in the reported totals.
