District staff explained the CCAP item on the agenda is the annual renewal the district executes with Yuba College to allow dual‑enrolled students to receive college credit. "Whenever we have students that are dually enrolled, we have to have an agreement with the community college in which we are connected," a staff speaker said during the discussion.
Trustee Tong Yang moved to table the item "to revisit it with the two bargaining parties," and Trustee Seth Steeman seconded the motion. The board voted in favor of tabling 15.1 and directed staff to confer with the union and other parties and bring clarifying information back to the board before the next meeting.
