Alderperson Dawn Seward moved to purchase the excavator “in the amount of $37,229.91 for the City Cemetery,” and Alderperson Keith Schramm seconded the motion. The council approved the purchase by a 7–0 roll call vote; Alderperson Chris Baer was recorded absent.
