Other notable approvals within the omnibus package included: a Village Hall carpet replacement contract with Empire Today for $87,605.34; payment of $241,379.58 to Unique Plumbing Company for Roosevelt Water Main improvements; engineering payment of $83,272.00 to Hancock Engineering for the Roosevelt Road Water Main Replacement Project; sanitation and insurance premiums totaling six‑figure amounts; and sewer cleaning and televising work ($14,480.64).
Trustee K. Wellington moved and Trustee M. Jones seconded approval of Omnibus Items A–O. The omnibus motion passed by unanimous voice vote (Ayes: Mayor Edwenna Perkins; Trustees I. Brandon, M. Jones, A. Sanchez, K. Wellington). The meeting record shows consistent roll‑call agreement on each listed payment and ordinance; where specific contract amounts were included in the agenda, they were recorded in the minutes.
Also at the meeting the board approved the appointment of Wayne Welch to the Board of Fire and Police Commissions and approved Warrant List No. 200494 totaling $82,956.13.
