Commissioners warn state funding changes could cut rural probation budgets by as much as 60%

Chair said CCAP (County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania) has representatives who sit on state boards and can advocate on this issue. He said the topic was part of CCAP presentations and advocacy priorities at the recent conference.
