The Whitestown Redevelopment Commission took the following formal actions on April 6, 2026 (all votes were unanimous unless noted):
- Approved the March 2, 2026 meeting minutes (motion made and seconded; passed unanimously).
- Approved the March 2, 2026 executive-session minutes (passed unanimously).
- Approved legal counsel invoice #934737 (monthly legal invoice).
- Approved the owner's-rep invoice for the CR575 East Roadway project (construction-inspection invoice #202858).
- Approved the first disbursement request for Mills on Main (Everstead) project (disbursement request #001).
- Ratified a prepaid claim for New City Development / Duke Energy relocation engineering (invoice #1002) under the RDC's prior resolution allowing certain claims to be paid and subsequently ratified.
- Approved an RDC economic-development liquor permit for Ronning Ventures LLC (Taxman) subject to the standard agreement and an additional condition that the business be operational within 18 months of execution; state approval is still required.
- Reapproved an expenditure not to exceed $30,000 for advisory/consulting services to review complex economic development deals.
- Moved to adjourn; meeting adjourned at 8:34 p.m.
