Developer: Paget Commons grading underway; road work on track if utilities, state sign off arrive

Isaac Van Boche, CEO of New City Development, told the Whitestown Redevelopment Commission on April 6 that construction has begun at the Paget Commons (BOT) site and that "dirt is moving" as crews start mass grading for more than 2,000 linear feet of planned road.
Van Boche said the project's guaranteed maximum price (GMP) proposal is $23.8 million, which he contrasted with prior submittals for the PPA and EDA at $25.7 million. "Our GMP was at 23.8. We see no issues there in terms of any sort of budget bust," he said.
