Members proposed several fundraising options: an 'Alder night' at a local McDonald’s, cookie or popcorn sales using a local bakery as a vendor, and spring/summer raffle plans. A member offered to reach out to McDonald’s management and volunteered to coordinate cookie sales; the caucus agreed to add fundraising items to future agendas.
Separately, members approved a request to proceed with full-page color printing for certain marketing materials after a short procedural motion and voice vote.
The caucus also highlighted upcoming community events — an Easter egg hunt and local performances — and set the next caucus meeting for May 14, 2026.
