Committee member Ms. Catherine Jozwiak asked whether staff were able to obtain invoices needed to respond to a FOIA related to window work by vendor 'Mark Windows.' Dr. Joseph Rojek said the invoices had not yet been received and that multiple staff were working to obtain them; he noted it has been difficult getting them directly from the subcontractor. Dr. Rojek also explained that change orders on large projects are often necessary when unforeseen repairs arise during work.
