The Douglas County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved a revised site plan Thursday for Hainan Outdoor Power Equipment, a commercial redevelopment at 1795 East 1500 Road.
County planner Avery Kerner summarized the proposal, telling commissioners the application combines the corner parcel with roughly 8.5 acres to the west for a total site area of about 11.04 acres and adds a building expansion to the west of an existing 4,800-square-foot structure.
